These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WobeSync, including the website, applications, shared workspaces, reminders, notes, attachments, integrations, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using WobeSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use WobeSync only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are authorized to use the service under applicable law.

2. The Service

WobeSync provides collaborative planning tools, reminders, workspace management, invitations, notes, attachments, administrative controls, integrations, and related functionality. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity occurring under your account. You must notify WobeSync promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content;
• interfering with platform security, availability, or integrity;
• using the service to violate law or the rights of others;
• circumventing permissions, billing, or usage restrictions;
• introducing malware, automated abuse, or disruptive traffic.

5. Workspace Content and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you create or share in WobeSync. Shared workspace content may be accessible to collaborators according to assigned permissions. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit content and that such content does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Permissions, Collaboration, and Administration

Workspaces may include different user roles and administrative controls. Workspace owners and platform administrators may have expanded abilities to manage membership, access, content visibility, and operational settings.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that WobeSync will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or third-party failures may affect availability.

8. Fees and Paid Features

Certain features may be offered on a paid basis now or in the future. If paid features are introduced or expanded, pricing, billing, and plan terms will be communicated separately and may form part of these terms.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WobeSync where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, address security issues, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse.

10. Intellectual Property

WobeSync and its related branding, software, design, and service materials remain the property of WobeSync or its licensors, except for user content that remains subject to your rights and responsibilities.

11. Privacy

Your use of WobeSync is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WobeSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the applicable service period to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WobeSync after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable to WobeSync and the jurisdiction stated in our official legal or company documentation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
